The drivers and hirer must be between 23 and 65 years of age and must posses a valid driving license in Malaysia or valid international driving license with at least two years driving experience. Malaysian "P" license is not accepted. |

| Rates |
|
Rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia. Daily rental rates cover a full 24 hours with unlimited mileage. Excess hour is calculated at 1/5 of the daily rental rates. Rental rates are subject to 5% government tax. |
|
| Minimum Rental Period |
|
A minimum rental period of 3 days is applicable. |
|
| Insurance |
|
Rates include unlimited liability insurance coverage of third party bodily injuries and passenger risk and third party property damage up to RM 1,000,000.00. |
|
| Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) |
|
Renters are fully responsible for the excess in the event of causing damage to the rental vehicle. By purchasing CDW, renters liability for the excess maybe waived as schedule in the chart below. However if the cause of accident or car damage is found to be due to negligence of the hirer and/or any claims cannot be made against 3rd party, then the CDW coverage will be considered null and void. Thus, the hirer will have to pay for all damages incurred. |

Acceptance of the CDW does not waive the Non-Waiver-Damage Excess.

CDW coverage will only be effective with the availability of a police report within 24 hours pertaining to the damages caused to the rental vehicles.

Missing items or accessories and deep scratches or dents are not covered by vehicle insurance and CDW.

| PAI |
|
Personal Accident Insurance is available upon request. PAI provides coverage of up to RM100,000 per car at RM6 per day or RM42 per week and RM 12 per van or RM 84 per week. |
| Parking Fee and Traffic Fines |
|
The renter is liable for all parking and traffic summonses incurred for the duration of the rental. An additional RM 50.00 administration fees will be charged to the renter above any traffic fine for any violation arising from renter's use of the vehicle. |

| Petrol |
|
rentacarmalaysia.com vehicle comes with a full tank of unleaded petrol and must be returned likewise. Otherwise the hirer will be charged for refueling cost. |
|
| Extension of Rental |
|
It is important that hirer must inform rentacarmalaysia.com immediately in the event of extension of rental, as rentacarmalaysia.com need to facilitate the insurance coverage. Failure to do so will mean the hirer is driving the car without insurance & rentacarmalaysia.com permission. |
|
| Delivery & Collection |
|
rentacarmalaysia.com will charge a minimum of RM 30.00 or above per trip depending on the cost incurred. A sum of RM50.00 will be levied for check out and collection of vehicles, after business hours, inclusive of Sundays and Public Holidays. |
|
| GPS |
|
GPS maps can be arranged at RM 15 per days or RM 150.00 per rental per month. Call our sales team for further information. |
|
| Baby Chair |
|
Baby chair can be arranged at RM 15 per days or RM 50.00 per rental per month. Call our sales team for further information. |
|
| Repair |
|
Any cost of repair during rental period will only be refunded with the presentation of supplier's original receipt and damage parts. Any repair exceeding RM 100.00 must get prior approval from rentacarmalaysia.com. |
|
| Breakdown Service |
|
rentacarmalaysia.com has appointed Automobile Association of Malaysia (AAM) for the 24 hours breakdown service assistant to assist the hirer in case of emergency need. |
|
| Restriction Area & Road |
|
All rentacarmalaysia.com vehicles are not allowed to be driven in Singapore and Thailand. rentacarmalaysia.com vehicles are not for use in off-roads, unsealed or unmade roads or surfaces. |
