Rates quoted inclusive of: -

• Unlimited Mileage
• Collision Damage Reduction Insurance; Excess from RM 500.00 to RM 2500.00 MYR depending on car categories.
• PAI ( Optional )
• Theft Protection
• Third Party Liability Protection
• 24 Hour Roadside Assistance
• Breakdown Assistance
• Car Maintenance and Roadtax
• Loss of tyres, windscreens, glass, undercarriage and uppercarriage are not covered by CDW insurance, and you may held responsible for it.
   

Fuel Policy

• Pick up full, return full / What you get, what you return.
   

Cross Border Travel

• Prohibited in Thailand and Singapore

 
Drivers Age

• 23 to 75

Drivers License

• Drivers must have a full driving  license, probation driving license will not be accepted
• International Driver License is required if driver’s national license is not written in roman alphabetical for example Arabic, Russian, Greek, Chinese or Korean.
• International Driver License must be accompanied by the original domestic driver license.
• UK license holders must present both the photo card and its driver license counterpart document at the same time.
   

Additional Driver

• Additional driver can be booked on arrival with additional charges.
   

Payment Method

• Driver is compulsory to have one of the following credit cards; American Express, Mastercard, Visa when collecting the rental car and these Credit Cards is required in driver name.
• Car Rental Agent may refuse to release the rental vehicle, if driver fail to present a valid credit card or lack of sufficient funds available in the credit card.
• A refundable security deposit will be held on the credit card, and will be refunded in 14 days after the rental vehicle is returned.

Car Types

• Vehicle make and model are not guarantee to be the same as in the website; however our team will put forward effort to arrange your desired car model or similar category vehicle.

Car Group & Non-Waiverable Excess

• Non-Waiverable Excess (NWE) apply to all rental vehicles regardless of whether or not CDW has been taken during the rental. Group A vehicle NWE RM 500, Group B vehicle NWE RM 1000, Group C vehicle NWE RM 1500, Group D vehicle NWE RM 2000 and Group E vehicle NWE RM2500

 Optional Rental

• You may have booked the optional rental like GPS Sat and Baby Sit, however it is subject to availability.

Out Of Office Hour Delivery / Collection of Vehicle

• A minimal charge of RM 50 for collection or delivery out of office hour will be applied. Our office hour is 9 am to 7 pm

Cancellation Policy

• Refund 90% of deposit if you notify us 14 days or more before your arrival.
• Refund 50% of deposit if you notify us your cancellation less than 14 days before your arrival.
• Refund 0% of deposit if you notify us your cancellation less than 7 days before your arrival or No Show
• Cancellation can only be made via written notification through email ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it  )
• 0 % refund for no show.
• 1 day = 24 hours.
